Security and safety of passengers both in GRT stations and on the GRT vehicles will be greatly improved compared to the present situation.
Security measures at GRT stations
Security measures will include security guards at each GRT station, drivers equipped with radios and emergency buttons to call ahead to the next station, video surveillance and good lighting in the vicinity of station areas, and provision of secure bicycle parking.
